看使用要求，如有特殊要求的可以在生产时涂抹防锈油，冷却用皂化液，可以起到防锈作用，包装时用塑料薄膜进行包装。如生产后可进行酸洗，抛丸处理，喷砂处理三种方式。

采暖工程焊接钢管内壁需要防锈

1，对于已经焊接好的管路，一般建议在试验过程中添加气化性防锈液，也就是直接和水混合添加即可，对气液两相都有防锈作用，可以排放也可以不排。锅炉行业普遍采用的这种方式。
2，对于没有焊接的管材原料，如果是大型管材，一般向内喷涂气化性防锈份即可。小型细管，比较难处理，可以内置其他气化性防锈材料。
